HubSpot is rolling out major updates to Sequences reporting, giving sales and service teams better insight into what's working and what isn’t. What’s New in HubSpot Sequences Reporting


In the Updated Performance Tab


You’ll now find step-level metrics that help pinpoint what’s effective:


  • Call Step Metrics – Track calls made and connected per Sequence step

  • Task Completion Timing – Measure how often tasks are completed on or before their due date

  • Email Personalisation Rate – Understand how frequently reps are customising their emails at each step


In the Enhanced Analyse Tab


Get a broader, cross-Sequence view with these new reports:


  • Company Insights – See enrollment and engagement trends across companies for ABM analysis

  • Template Performance – Identify top-performing email templates used in Sequences

  • Meetings Booked by Step Type – Understand which channels (email, call, task) are most effective

  • Meetings Booked by Number of Touches – Reveal the optimal Sequence length to book meetings


Together, these reports give you the visibility needed to refine outreach strategy and improve rep performance.


How to Access the New Sequences Reports


  1. Ensure Your Admin Has Enabled the Beta The features are currently available as part of a public beta, so make sure it’s been activated in your portal.


  2. Navigate to Sequences Reporting Go to Automation > Sequences > Analyse Or, view reports at the Sequence level by clicking into an individual Sequence and selecting Performance


These updates are seamlessly integrated into the existing Sequences tool no additional setup required.
