Now, HubSpot has introduced a streamlined way to collect beta feedback directly from the Product Updates section in your portal.

How to Share Feedback on HubSpot Betas


Here’s how to make sure your feedback reaches the right people at the right time:


  1. Go to the Product Updates Section In your HubSpot portal, navigate to the Product Updates area. This is where HubSpot publishes new feature announcements, including beta releases.


  2. Select the “Your Betas” Tab This view is filtered to show only the beta programs you’re currently enrolled in. It’s the easiest way to keep track of what you’re testing.


  3. Submit Feedback Directly You can leave feedback from the table view or click into an individual update for more detail. Whether you're reporting a bug, requesting an improvement, or simply sharing what works well your input goes directly to HubSpot’s product team.


  4. Leaving a Beta? Share Why. If you decide to opt out of a beta, you’ll be prompted to provide feedback. This helps HubSpot improve the experience for others.
